Wendy Greaney - Director
Wendy Greaney has over 20 years of experience supporting young people living in residential care, Wendy has excellent skills and knowledge in supporting children & young people who have experienced Adverse childhood trauma and display many different forms of difficult and challenging behaviour. Wendy Has thrived to make a difference for all children/young people in her care. Wendy over the last 6 years has taken the role as a Registered Manager overseeing the day to day running of several homes within the east midlands, Wendy takes pride in 2 of the homes having a OFSTED rating of Outstanding quality of care. In 2018 Wendy was awarded exceptional practise gaining her the Outstanding Leaders award.
Wendy is qualified in QCF Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and demonstrates a core importance for advocating on behalf of the young people and developing excellent working relationships with other professionals and support services to drive forward the partnership using a child focused and team around the child approach.
Mandy Siddons - Director
Amanda Siddons is the Responsible Individual for all residential homes, bringing over 20 years of experience in supporting vulnerable children and families. She ensures high standards of leadership and management across the homes, taking a hands-on approach to ensure both young people and staff feel safe, supported, and valued. Amanda is frequently present around the home, building strong, trusting relationships with staff and young people to foster open communication and address concerns. She conducts monthly monitoring to identify areas for continuous improvement.
In addition to her leadership role, Amanda is qualified to lead therapeutic support sessions for young people and shares this expertise with the team, helping staff confidently support the young people in their care. Amanda’s experience includes managing and delivering successful Family Intervention Services, and in 2009, she joined the DCSF's Families at Risk delivery team. She provided expert guidance to local authorities across England, supporting the development, evaluation, and improvement of Family Intervention Programmes while ensuring alignment with national policy objectives.
Jamie Harrison - Clinical Mental Health Nurse
Jamie Harrison is our clinical mental health nurse specialist. She provides clinical support and guidance to management and staff. This is over all 3 of our residential homes. She is also Qualified in Cognitive behavioural therapy, has several years of experience in Child adolescents mental health services. Both in an inpatient setting and the community. Jamie is also our Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Approved, BILD-ACT/UKAS certified trainer.
Bree Williams - Blossom House Manager

Kayleigh McGuinness - Bluebell House Manager

Hollie Mckinder - Willow House Manager

Ensuring every young person receives adequate support to develop their life skills, in a nurturing environment supported by a devoted team of individuals, to prepare each young person for a bright and fulfilled future.’
